Neuroscience of Change & Productivity

Week 2 - 26th of Aug - 1pm - 2pm (AEST)

Who is it for?

The Brain Power Series is a weekly series of online neuroscience workshops available to all NSW based startups, scaleups, sole traders, freelancers and small businesses.

Workshop Description

The human mind is incredibly clever. With our evolutionary advances and 100 billion neurons (brain cells) we are made for change. And yet ironically, change can be really challenging. We often resist change and this can hinder  individual and organisational growth and productivity. Yet why is change so challenging if we are neurologically designed to change and adapt?

Vitae’s Neuroscience of Change and Productivity online workshop helps individuals and teams learn how to effectively respond to change and become productive in times of uncertainty. Sharing a number of neurological principles regarding productivity and performance, this online workshop provides practical neurotools (neuroscience based tools) to help individuals and teams become catalysts for change to boost productivity.

This interactive workshop covers:

  • the neurological relationship of change

  • how to neurologically influence change on an individual and team level

  • how to effectively communicate change, drive collaboration and productivity

  • a number of neurohacks (quick brain hacks) you can use to catalyse change and boost productivity.

By the end of this 45 minute workshop, attendees will be equipped with the neurological knowledge to drive change and boost productivity amongst these uncertain COVID19 times.

We provide digital workbooks to all attendees containing all the neurotools, hacks and frameworks covered in each session.

This workshop is delivered digitally by Vitae’s CEO and Co-Founder, Shelley Laslett.

Registrations close 12pm 26th of August 2021.
