Who is it for?
Teamwork is critical to any organisation’s success. Humans ability to work effectively in groups is an iconic marker of our social species. These ancient developments have a significant modern day application in the workplace. For without effective teamwork; productivity, collaboration and performance is near impossible. But what makes a great team? What are the fundamental neurological factors which encourage prosocial, positive and collaborative outcomes?

Covering the neurological and psychological elements of teamwork, its relationship with trust and how this fundamental unison influences behaviour, intelligence and decision-making. Sharing a series of neuroscience principles and some of our neurohacks (quick brain hacks) we’ll showcase how to establish and build trust to drive productive and healthy teamwork.
At this workshop, you'll learn:

neurotools for building effective teams
what erodes trust, teamwork and productivity
neurohacks to unite divided/conflicted teams
By the end of this 45min online workshop, you’ll have a number of neurohacks and tools to create, build and sustain a collaborative culture and boost team honesty, integrity and productivity.
